3. NO TENSION

the braid or twist down should never be tight. This causes tension on the scalp and with it being under extensions will cause unwanted breakage or serious issues like tension alopecia. Always make sure your hair is in neat but loose styling under your wigs and extensions. loose enough to release tension but tight enough to hold intended styling. seek professionals to help you achieve this if needed.

4. Trim

If the intended styles will be in your hair for long period of time, be sure to have your ends trimmed. This will help in preventing elongated split ends up the shaft of the hair strands. Taking care of this prior to style will assist in a healthier state of the hair.
