2. RETURNS
To initiate a return that is allowed by Queen Royalty Hair, please contact customer service by e-mail at info@queenroyaltyhair.com. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping.

3. Cancellations
Cancellations of orders placed are to be made within 24 hours of original purchase time. Anytime outside of this time frame, will result in a 10% fee of order charges..
